Just wanted to share a few of my favorites from the wedding of Sara and Brett.

They were given a beautiful weather on their special day, albeit rather steamy! It was a great ceremony followed by a super fun reception–the kind that makes me wish I could put my camera down and just hit the dance floor.

I’m so glad we’ll be seeing plenty of them over the next few years with the boys headed to Bowling Green School, where Brett is the football coach.

The title of this blog entry really makes me laugh, but it really is the perfect description! A few months back when I got to be a part of the taping of a Rachael Ray show (at Rambla, the restaurant where the above food is from), I was totally fascinated by the camera crew taking the close-up detailed video clips of the food. The cameraman told me they called it “food porn” because “it turns the Midwest housewives on”. I almost died laughing.

I was so excited that Kenny LaCour, owner of Dakota, Cuvée, and Rambla asked me to capture some great food shots for him at Rambla. He is just an absolute genius to work with and I knew I would learn alot. Inaminate objects, after all, are not really my specialty. We had so much fun and keep your fingers crossed–some of these might end up in a national publication!
