So, the number one question I get asked is……WHAT TO WEAR?

I spent the better part of a day last week “shopping” online to style a few family groups for inspiriation for you guys. I don’t necessarily want to see you show up in exactly what I picked out (let’s not all wear the same outfits for our cards, guys!), but I just wanted to inspire you. Let’s get this straight: clothes make the picture. I firmly believe that. In order to achieve that polished, pulled-together look you need to STYLE your family. This means lots of layers, textures, color, accessories. Coordinate, but don’t necessarily match.

I hope this gets some light bulbs popping in your heads!!! I’m going to be sending out Christmas information soon and I want all of you to ROCK your Christmas cards!!!!

Seth and Callie were married last weekend in a beautiful ceremony at The Castle in Franklinton. They are a great couple with equally great families standing behind them. Here a few of my favorites, so far, as I’m editing. (The group picture above is 3 generations of Callie’s family that has been married by the same preacher–how amazing is that!?)

Enjoy guys!

blog7These little darlings and their adorable mom, my sweet friend, have moved far away from us all the way to Tennessee. Lucky for us (and my hair), they still come home every six weeks so L can work. I miss them! We had so much playing and chasing McKade around…he’s such a little stinker. I wish ya’ll could his little bad boy laugh..too adorable!
