Marsha and Wesley had a beautiful wedding weekend in New Orleans last fall. The weather was absolutely gorgeous in Jackson Square for this sweet Alabama couple’s nuptials. The reception was held in one of the International House ballrooms, which was transformed by Bridgette Miramon of Dakota Cuvee Events.

This laugh was prompted by me asking them to remember their first date…quite the story those two have. =)

After having to reschedule a couple of times due to the second coming of Noah here in South Louisiana over the past 6 weeks, we FINALLY were granted a beautiful, albeity, chilly day to capture some great images in celebration of Derik & Savannah’s engagement and upcoming marriage.

The locations we chose for their shoot are on my photog friend, DeAnna’s stomping grounds over in Mississippi. She was awesome enough to be our tour guide for the afternoon…it’s always so awesome to have another photog along for a shoot.

Derik & Savannah are a great couple and I am really looking forward to their wedding in December. They really are a ton of fun and I just love the way their totally different personalities mesh. Derik and I are going to be working together soon on an AWESOME project for the studio…can’t wait to share this!

Seth and Callie were married last weekend in a beautiful ceremony at The Castle in Franklinton. They are a great couple with equally great families standing behind them. Here a few of my favorites, so far, as I’m editing. (The group picture above is 3 generations of Callie’s family that has been married by the same preacher–how amazing is that!?)
